Cards shown under the Data Protection tab of the Security & Compliance Posture section. The tab is hidden until a card has a description. A card with no description stays hidden, so leave one blank until you have a confirmed answer. These are compliance statements customers rely on, so check each against your DPA and privacy policy before saving.
Third-party vendors shown in the public Subprocessors section. Set a Product to group vendors under that product's heading; leave it blank for vendors used across all products. Changes are recorded in the public register history.
Questions & answers shown in the Security FAQ section (POC UI).
Upload the Trust Center FAQ spreadsheet (.xlsx). The assistant uses its customer-facing answers to answer questions. Only rows whose Publication Status is Publishable are used. The file is read in your browser: only the Category, Product / Scope, Question, Customer-facing Answer and Publication Status columns are uploaded, so internal sources and review notes never leave your computer. Uploading replaces the previous file.
